This policy applies to course registrations, service charges, and future product sales offered by Digital Wing Firm.
1. Course Registration

Once course registration is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours.

Refund requests after course access has been granted may not be eligible.

Refund processing time: 7–10 working days (if applicable).
2. Service Charges

Service fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless there is a service failure from our side.

In case of duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
3. Future Shop / Product Sales

For digital products: No refund after download or access.

For physical products (if applicable in future): Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original condition.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Failure to attend training

Providing incorrect information during registration
